Now, as a Rainmeter skin is ... just another skin. The interesting part is the fonts you used. Like s/body wrote with a old pen. This kind of font, in my humble opinion, works very well in medium ligh grungy backgrounds (parchment style). So, I would recomend to change the wallpaper for this presentation, so your skin would look better on it. After all, we must focus on the skin and not the wallpaper, which looks kind of blurry, anyway. (don't know if it's because it's stretched more than its pixels allow, you got a bad screenshot or simply the creator made it this way).
As an example of what I mean, on top right side, we see the light of the wallpaper and not your skin.
